It’s not any easy feat! University leadership and the myURHR project team leaders thank every tester for their purposeful support and diligence through the many testing steps, reports, processes, and workflows of our new Human Resources information system coming in 2024.
The additional time you have invested, combined with your recommendations, have improved the value of myURHR for all faculty and staff. Although, we have more end-to-end testing to go, the myURHR project team is encouraged by your progress.
The testing team just recently completed Cycle 1 of end-to-end testing and has now launched Cycle 2. Cycle 1 involved 12 weeks of testing by 29 testers. During Cycle 1, the testing team completed and passed more than 80 full end-to-end test scenarios and over 700 individual test cases. The group resolved more than two dozen defects. All of this hard work is critical to the success of myURHR.
Testing will continue for the remainder of 2023 and into 2024 leading up to training. Additional groups will be invited to test business processes as the testing cycle continues.
